BIO

Andrea Duchesneau is a Print, Commercial, Film, and Wedding Makeup Artist based in Metro Detroit.

Born and raised in the Detroit area, Andrea took her love for fashion and beauty to Los Angeles at a young age, where she initially started her career. As a student at The Makeup Designory, she broadened her skill level to include many different mediums; including commercial, advertising, and film. After graduating she moved to London, England where she spent time learning the conceptual process of editorial and high fashion production.

Now based back in her native Metro Detroit, Andrea has become known for her intense attention to detail, her broad knowledge level within several different mediums, solid on-set production experience, and her ability to produce concepts that are recognized nationally but still work in her local market.

Andrea's artistry is centered around using conceptual beauty and image styling to bring each clients vision to light. From corporate minimal styling to high fashion concepts, Andrea is capable of producing the look that fits the project.

Andrea is the Head Artist at HB Salon at Somerset (http://www.basharinc.com). She splits her time evenly between her home base there and working on outside production based projects. This gives her the capability to work with Metro Detroit's most fashion forward "everyday" women, as well as work as part of creative teams on various kinds of projects.
